Dallas, TX, April 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- TierOne Networks a leading provider of carrier-grade wireless and broadband products and services announced today it signed an Agreement to purchase a Texas-based WISP with 1,700+ new subscribers. The deals represent TierOne’s 6th acquisition and positions the Company to enter a new metropolitan market. Upon closing the three pending transactions, TierOne will be entering a new metropolitan market and will be on pace to accomplish its goal of surpassing 20,000+ subscribers within 24 months of signing its first subscriber.
