The three main focus areas include: working tobacco free, encouraging physical activity, and promoting healthy eating. In addition to recognition in these areas, special distinction awards for those employers that have earned recognition across all three categories are awarded.
The Bronze level award was presented to FISC for meeting requirements across all three categories. The award was presented to Leslie Brann, FISC's Wellness Coordinator. “FISC has seen marked improvement in employee awareness with regards to working healthy” said Brann, “We are proud the local business community supports such a worthy cause.”
