Raymond Vineyards Installs New Bottling Line
St. Helena, Napa Valley, CA, April 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Raymond Vineyards recently installed a new MBF Rinser/Filler/Corker/Capper Monobloc bottling line, with a cost of over $1 million, at their Napa Valley winery. MBF hand builds state of the art bottling lines using cutting edge technology to produce superior quality bottling equipment for the wine industry. In particular, they have focused their efforts on a patented valve designed to guarantee near zero oxygen pick-up to safe guard high quality wines, as well as automatic cleaning systems for the entire monobloc, precision bottle filling levels, vacuum corking to further eliminate cork dust and the ability to apply screw caps.
“This was a big financial decision for us, but we feel this is the best possible equipment out there. This is the latest technology and will ensure the best quality wines going into each bottle,” says Walter Raymond, Winemaker and President of Raymond Vineyards.
The first wine to be bottled at Raymond Vineyards using the new equipment will be 2008 Raymond Napa Valley Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, which is scheduled for release later this spring.
