Liles Parker PLLC, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, Announce the Appointment of Vance R. Redmond, Esq. as Partner of the Firm

Washington, DC, April 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Liles Parker is pleased to announce the appointment of Vance R. Redmond, Esq. as a Partner of the firm. Mr. Redmond’s practice will focus on family law and domestic relations matters. Additionally, Mr. Redmond will continue to represent clients in commercial litigation and complex civil litigation. He brings a broad range of legal and trial experience to Liles Parker.

Since joining the Firm in late 2006, Mr. Redmond has been integral to the successful resolution of many difficult cases. His considerable experience handling complex litigation has further expanded their ability to represent both individual and corporate clients in need of skilled representation.

Prior to his appointment as Partner to Liles Parker, Mr. Redmond briefly served as Counsel to the Firm while also maintaining a successful practice in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Redmond obtained both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University of Maryland, receiving his J.D. in 1992. He has over 15 years of focused legal experience in commercial litigation and family law issues.

Mr. Redmond’s appointment expands the Firm’s capacity to litigate and act on corporate deals, mergers and acquisitions, matters involving debt and equity finance, and other corporate matters. Over the past several years, Liles Parker has handled the acquisition of a number of multi-million dollar companies, developed business models and compliance plans for various corporate entities, and assisted businesses in implementing strategies for financing and restructuring their short-term and long-term debts.
