Dan Latham Joins LXI as Chairman of the Board
Mason City, IA, December 20, 2005 --(PR.com)-- LXI Enterprise Storage announced today that it has chosen Dan Latham as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Latham has a reputation of starting or turning around businesses and positioning them for growth in new markets. Previously he was appointed President, Enterprise Division for a Boca Roton, Florida, start-up, Seisint Inc., in late 2001. Mr. Latham’s Division targeted the delivery of innovative technology to the Federal Government. Seisint was sold to LexisNexis in September 2004 for $775 million.

He has handled large account sales for IBM; served 5 years as VP of Marketing and Service for Ameritech; and 4 years as Vice President of Worldwide Telecom Marketing for Digital Equipment Corporation (growing the business from $450 million to $1.2 billion in sales). He has held executive positions at Racal-Datacom, Sunrise, Florida, Frontier Communications International, Rochester, New York, and Coyote Network Systems, West Lake Village, Ca. Mr. Latham holds a BS degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
