WCED Assistant Executive Director to Speak at The State of Garner Panel Discussion
Raleigh, NC, April 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Ken Atkins, executive director for Wake County Economic Development (WCED) (www.raleigh-wake.org), has announced that Conni Tucker, assistant executive director, will be participating on Triangle Business Journal’s “The State of Garner” panel discussion on Friday, April 17 from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Garner United Methodist Church, located at 201 Methodist Drive in Garner. Other panelists include John Hodges, executive director of Garner Revitalization Association; Wally Bowman, North Carolina Department Of Transportation Highway Division 5 District 1 Engineer; and Hardin Watkins, town manager of Garner. They will discuss the state of Garner and provide insight into the town’s future direction, retail and residential growth, and health care offerings.
