Atum Corporation Announces Strategic Restructuring
Toronto, Canada, April 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Atum Corporation today announced the completion of its corporate restructuring, which formally establishes Luxor Corporation as an independent subsidiary company, responsible for the development, sales and support of Luxor CRM.
The restructuring sees Lukas Szczurowski, formerly the director of business and product development at Atum, promoted to chief executive officer of Luxor Corporation. Szczurowski joined the company in 2002 and has been the driving force behind Luxor CRM’s growing success.
“Lukas has a clear vision for Luxor CRM and has proven he is up to the task of leading the company forward,” said Jason Williams, CEO, Atum Corporation. “This step is a natural evolution for a successful division and, under Lukas’ leadership, I’m confident that Luxor CRM will continue to gain market-share and recognition in the hosted CRM market.”
