Formerly an associate, Hall is a member of IRS & Partners Litigation practice group. She represents individual executives and companies facing SEC enforcement actions, Department of Justice investigations and prosecutions, and related civil actions. She also has significant experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil matters in federal and state courts, as well as in private dispute resolution, including real estate litigation, insurance coverage, general business litigation and probate, trusts and estates disputes.

Hall received her J.D. from Harvard Law School (1998) and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (1994). She maintains a diverse litigation practice with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes involving allegations of corporate wrongdoing, including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, professional negligence and breach of contract. Hall's experience includes assisting in international and domestic private equity and real estate acquisitions; representing companies during department of justice antitrust investigations; and litigating breach of contract actions, trade secret misappropriation claims.
