Highland Homes Announces Winter Haven New Homes at Crescent View

Winter Haven, FL, April 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Highland Homes is happy to announce the addition of yet another Winter Haven community. Crescent View is a community just off 653 near the Chain of Lakes Elementary school. This community will be a compliment to one of Highland Homes other communities, Mandolin II off Ruby Lake Road. Prices start in the $130’s and floor plans range from 1100 square feet to over 2800 and include both one story and two homes.

Highland Homes has been successful at selling homes in the Winter Haven market for over 13 years and event through the economic downturn has sold more homes than most local builders. “Mandolin II has continuous sales and the lots are limited, so adding Crescent View to the lineup for wider homes will enhance our sales”, says Denise Abercrombie, Community Sales Manager for Highland Homes.

The community was started in 2006 by another builder and Highland Homes acquired the property earlier this year with hopes of completing the community by the end of 2010. “The home sites are wider and will fit a wider range of our homes. Highland Homes has been experiencing high sales volume since November of 2008 and are average over 50 sales per month with each consecutive month.
