Hathaway Breaks Ground on 274 Units in Charlotte

Atlanta, GA, April 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Hathaway Construction Company, Inc. commenced construction at Ansley Falls, a 274 unit Class A apartment community located in Charlotte, NC. The project is owned by a group of private investors and was developed by Hathaway Properties, Inc. and affiliate of Hathaway Construction Company, Inc.

The project is well located in an area experiencing unprecedented growth on the corner of Tyvola and Nations Ford Road in southwest Charlotte. The property is only minutes from I-77, I-485, I-85, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the Charlotte Light Rail Tyvola Station, downtown Charlotte and countless employment opportunities in the region.
