Cherry Hill, NJ, April 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Cassbeth sends author of Sustainable Development Possible with Creative System Engineering to INCOSE Spring 09 Conference to present a paper. The paper is based on the Specification Analysis Tool (SAT) Software that helps users write and analyze specification text. It provides a brief history of the problem and describes SAT operations. The presentation included its evolution into general document analysis and policy analysis, which eventually resulted in the book Sustainable Development Possible with Creative System Engineering.

The International Council on System Engineering (INCOSE) Region V Chapters at the Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC), Suffolk Facility - VMASC West, hosted the conference.
