Sela Wear is Hosting Cirque Du Sela Party Benefiting Stoked Mentoring
Dana Point, CA, April 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Sela is hosting a fun-filled evening featuring a fashion show and music benefit, Thursday April 23rd beginning at 7:30pm at OC Tavern located in San Clemente.
The Sela girls are at it again with “Cirque Du Sela.” This event aims to raise proceeds and spread awareness for non-profit organization - Stoked Mentoring, established by Steve Larosiliere and Sal Masekela. Sela and S&L will also be debuting their Spring 09 Collections filled with funky eco-friendly clothing, accessories and styling.
Cirque Du Sela will be an evening of excitement for all! Not only is it a benefit for a great cause, but the collaboration of art, music, fashion and action sports. Laguna Beach locals, The Most Ridiculous Cover Band Ever and DJ Geometrix, will keep the energy flowing with undeniable jams and feet-moving beats. Orange County’s beloved Archies Ice Cream Truck is also expected to make an appearance with tasty treats for all.
Stoked Mentoring is an action sports organization, centered in Los Angeles and New York, for at risk youth with the mission of developing Successful Teens with Opportunity, Knowledge, Experience and Determination through the use of action sports, mentoring and coaching. “Through Stoked, teens gain a supportive, encouraging mentor along with a team of people determined to see them succeed.” (www.stoked.org)

Sela has been established for one year and can be found in surf shops, boutiques and other specialty retailers from San Diego to Los Angeles, with expansion to Utah and Oregon.
