Chicago Photographer Marian Kraus’ Original Photographs Find New Home at Rush Medical Center
Chicago, IL, April 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Fine Art Photography division of Marian Kraus Photography of St. Charles, IL was recently rewarded with the purchase of several of Marian Kraus’ original photographs to be used for interior design purposes. His photographs were chosen by a local interior design firm from his online fine art photography gallery (http://www.mariankrausphotography.com/personal/) and will decorate a number of patient rooms in Rush Medical Center’s new Affective Disorders Unit in Chicago, IL. The acquisition promises to be the beginning of future purchases of his photography for other parts of this renowned Chicago health care facility.
The interior design project encompasses Marian Kraus’ soothing and inspiring photography of Nature themes as well as Chicago photography architecture. The project constitutes one of numerous purchases of his fine art photography for the health care industry as his work has been chosen for the collections of Edward Hospital in Naperville and Hinsdale Hospital, both in Illinois, in recent years. Marian Kraus was born in former Czechoslovakia and raised in Germany, spent 20 years pursuing a corporate career, before surrendering to his muse’s persistent calling in 1999 to becoming a full time professional freelance photographer in Chicago.
