Ilham Hajiyev has sixteen years of diversified business management experience. In the early 90s he started his professional career as Country Representative for the US oil company Hallwood Energy. Later, he was the Managing Director of the Natavan Business Center in Baku. Hajiyev has a Master’s Degree in Finance from Ecole Superieure de Gestion in Paris, France, and a Master’s Degree in Legal Regulation of Economics from Western University in Baku, Azerbaijan. In his regional role at Pedersen & Partners, he has significantly contributed to building the firm’s solid reputation and business in Azerbaijan, and beyond, by carrying out important projects across sectors including telecom, FMCG, pharma/healthcare, real estate and finance.
