Technology Solutions Simplified
United Tech Force, a US based IT/Technology outsourcing company begins nationwide service.
Syracuse, NY, April 24, 2009 --(PR.com)-- United Tech Force, a US based IT/Technology outsourcing company begins nationwide service today, promising to deliver outstanding value based solutions with an emphasis on customer service.
United Tech Force, formed in 2009, is the culmination of an "idea think tank" by various IT companies based through out the United States. This think tank focused many of their discussions on what they perceived as missed opportunities and other poor customer service related issues that plagued the technology field. "Basically we as a group had the opportunity to see how the other national contracting companies were operating, and with the experience of our dealings with them coupled with the feedback we would receive from their customer base we knew the market needed a customer centric solutions provider it could turn to. By making customer service a critical component of our business ethic we can insure that not only are our buyers satisfied, but also that in turn that their clients are satisfied as well. And by doing so United Tech Force will establish itself as the preeminent company that larger nationals can turn to and trust with their business." states John Rice, United Tech Force Director of Business Development, and one of the founding partners.
The area of practice that United Tech Force will initially focus on is the IT/AV sectors of technology. UTF offers on-site installation and repair services as well as depot service.
Phased expansion into other areas is planned for first quarter 2010.
UTF founding partners include: Randy Lundeen (Legacy Consulting), Steve Porter (MinuteMan Tech), John Rice (Sibyl Systems), Brian Farmer (WNY PC Repair), Raed El'Ahmad (SandTech Computer Repair), Don Ridings (Great Computers), Parrish Reinoehl (Pathfinder Networks), Rick Fowler (Midwest Printer Repair), Brad Garrett (Born-Again Computers), and Jason Creager (Computer Rejuvenators).
