Custom Home of the Year for Design Awarded for an Unprecedented 2nd Time to John Lively & Associates

Dallas, TX, April 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- John Lively & Associates (JL&A) received the McSam Award for 2009 Custom Home of the Year from the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Dallas. This is the 2nd time the Custom Home of the Year award has been earned by JL&A – having previously won in 2004. This historic accomplishment is the crowning achievement in a strong history of awards for the industry-leading residential design firm. The HBA of Greater Dallas recognizes the best in residential Builders, Architects, Sales and Associates who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing through specific achievements during the year with the McSam Awards Program. With more than 90 categories to choose from and hundreds of entries each year, it is an impressive feat to be identified as a finalist, let alone a winner. This size competition makes John Lively & Associate's win as the design firm for the 2009 Custom Home of the Year and the other awards received even more impressive.

In addition to being recognized as the residential design firm for Custom Home of the Year, JL&A also won the award for Best Architectural Design for a home with a sales price between $300,000 & $400,000. As proven by both these awards, John Lively & Associates level of detail in design from small efficient homes to luxury estates is given the same amount of dedication to create an exceptional home regardless of size.

The awards where presented March 28 at the Majestic Theater in Dallas celebrating McSam awards 30 Year Anniversary gala hosted by The Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas.
