Broker in Charge Annual Review (BICAR)
Instructor: George Bell
Course Description: Brokers-in-charge who wish to maintain their BIC, course content is about agency relationships.
Wednesday, May 6 from 1:30-5:30 p.m.
1031 Tax Free Exchanges of Real Property
Instructor: Tom Mahlum
Course Description: This course gives an overview of how the 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange works, time frames, planning and agreement. Real Estate licensees will learn the basics to benefit their clients.
Wednesday, May 20 from 1:30-5:30 p.m.
Money Talks: Compensation Issues
Instructor: Debbie Long
Course Description: A course on lawfully collecting and providing referral fees, answering questions about your fees and services as well as minimum services, companies, and anti-trust issues.
Thursday, May 28 from 1:30-5:30 p.m.
