PDQ Bach Meets Moses - Choral Concert

San Diego, CA, April 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- San Diego Choral Arts Ensemble Announces "PDQ Bach Meets Moses" Concert on Saturday, May 9th, 2009, 6:00 PM.
The next local SDCAE concert will be performed at Good Samaritan Episcopal Church, 4321 Eastgate Mall [near Genesse Avenue], San Diego, CA 92121.
SDCAE will present "The Seasonings" a light hearted oratorio reportedly by P.D.Q Bach and "Moses" a soaring choral piece by Ken Medema.
Tickets are available for a $10 donation.
Live performance of unique high quality choral music is the goal of the 24 member San Diego Choral Arts Ensemble led by Dr. William J. Eichorn.
This ambitious goal has been realized by way of many concerts in San Diego, as well as on six biennial tours of major venues in Europe.
Most recently the singers traveled to England and Ireland to perform in the Cathedrals of Blackburn, Durham, Coventry; York, Dublin and Kilkenny.
Dr. Eichorn, formerly a solo artist with the New York City Opera, said: "These wonderfully talented singers have been specially selected to accomplish the unique blend of voices that makes choral music soar."
Dr. Eichorn also serves as Minister of Music and the Arts for St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church in Poway, CA.
