There is no application or screening fee. All eligible applicants are screened for rental history, credit and criminal background. As of 4/28/2009 there is a waitin list for these units.

Non-Subsidized Rentals-
Clark Village Apartments Non-Subsidized Units are available to low income families. Rent rates are not based on the individual families income, but rather at market rate. As of 4/28/2009 ther is No Waiting List for these units.
