Version 2.0 includes:
- Automatic refresh that allows dispatch screens to instantly display new events such as a change in vehicle position, or the deviation from a planned route.
- Improved load time with increased speed and functionality.
- Handheld device enhancements including:
-- Additional fields allowing more information to be input at drop-off points.
-- Automatic database backups for secure data collection.
-- Prolonged battery power through programmatically controlled use of Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Streamlined route planning with additional dispatch workspace functionality.
- Intuitive route synchronization expediting route completion.
- A shipping workspace allowing for enhanced usability when scanning numerous items into a designated tote. Utilizing this tool, users can validate that the correct totes are being delivered to the correct stops.
- Enhanced reporting:
-- Reason for return reports: Used to identify the reasons items have been returned.
-- Stop Duration reports: Used to calculate the duration of time at each stop, highlighting where their estimates deviate from actual times taken.
-- Route variance reports: Used to show actual distance travelled in comparison to planned mileage for a selected driver.
-- Barcode generation reports: Used to create barcodes for totes and stops, designed to print on peel-off labels.
