According to the United States Green Building Council, which orchestrates the certification process, LEED Professional Accreditation distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED Certification process. An accredited professional represents a thorough understanding of green building practices, the LEED Rating System and its application in practice.
