Monarch Beach Golf Links to Host the Irvine Bmw Golf Cup International™
Irvine, CA, May 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, California has been selected to host the 2009 Irvine BMW Golf Cup International™ on July 13th. Tournament participants will be competing for the chance to participate in the BMW Golf Cup U.S. Final at Pinehurst Resort, in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
The BMW Golf Cup International is expected to reach more than 5,000 amateur golfers at 40 events throughout the United States, with thousands more participating in 40 countries worldwide. Featuring a Hole-in-One contest, gifts, prizes and tournament awards, the BMW Golf Cup International will enhance the upcoming tournament which benefits the Anteater Athletics Fund at the University of California Irvine. Each participant will have an opportunity to win a 2009 BMW for recording a Hole-in-One on the designated hole. The top two finishers in this event will be awarded an invitation to compete in the 2009 BMW Golf Cup U.S. Final scheduled for September 24-27, 2009.
The overall low net winners in each of the three flights at the U.S. Final will be awarded an all-expense paid trip for two to the BMW Golf Cup International World Final, where they will compete against the winners from 40 other countries.
