Wild Orchids Cafe Co-Hosts Dinner Theater Fundraiser with Local Autism Organizations
Wild Orchids Cafe' will be teaming up with both the Autism Project of Palm Beach County and FAU's Center for Autism and Related Disabilities.
Wellington, FL, May 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Master Chef Chris Paul of Wild Orchids Cafe' is proud to announce his "pairings" with the Autism Project of Palm Beach County (APPBC) and Florida Atlantic University's Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (FAU-CARD). Although Chef Chris is known to do his best work in the kitchen, he is now venturing into utilizing his culinary talents to help raise money for individuals with autism spectrum disorders in Palm Beach County.
On September 12, 2009 Wild Orchids Cafe' (in conjunction with the Royal Playhouse) will co-host a dinner theater fundraiser. Tickets are $150 of which $50 per ticket sold will be donated to PACE. The goal is to raise $10,000. for the evening. Invitee's will be treated to a 5 course dinner prepared exclusively by Master Chef Chris Paul of the Wild Orchids Cafe'. Immediately following dinner, guests will rock out to the musical performance of "Tick Tick Boom" by Jonathan Larson who also created the award winning show "Rent".
"The support and programs that the APPBC and FAU-CARD provide to local children and adults affected by autism is amazing" said Chef Chris Paul of Wild Orchids Cafe'. "We want to help them raise as much money as we can".
