Workspeed announced today its agreement to deploy Workspeed InfoCenter solutions for Behringer Harvard. Workspeed InfoCenter is a commercial real estate management web portal that helps property managers communicate and collaborate with current and prospective tenants. The InfoCenter solutions will be deployed at selected properties owned and operated by Behringer Harvard, a Dallas-based commercial real estate company with more than $6 billion in assets under management worldwide.

Workspeed InfoCenter is a commercial real estate management web portal that helps property managers communicate and collaborate with current and prospective tenants. The InfoCenter solutions will be deployed at selected properties owned and operated by Behringer Harvard, a Dallas-based commercial real estate company with more than $6 billion in assets under management worldwide.
Current plans call for the roll-out of Workspeed InfoCenter portals at 16 Behringer Harvard properties this year, with additional portal deployments slated for 2010. Selected Behringer Harvard properties have previously deployed three Workspeed solution modules including Service Request, Preventative Maintenance and Visitor Management.
