Amber Alert Issued for Three Michigan Children (Haley, Kyle & Abigail Rayburn)

Springfield, IL, August 01, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Rochester Police have issued an Amber Alert for three children they believe were abducted by their non-custodial father.

Missing are 13-year-old Haley Rayburn, 10-year-old Kyle Rayburn and 9-year-old Abigail Rayburn. 

Rochester Police report their father, 36-year-old Craig Allen Rayburn has them and was last seen driving a Blue Ford F-150 pickup with Michigan license plate AED 5009. Rayburn's custody rights had been terminated by the court.
