Bentec Announces Launch of the GaBP Ring in Europe.
Woodland, CA, August 02, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Addressing the chronic obesity problem worldwide, Bentec Medical Inc. (bentecmed.com) announces the launch of the GaBP Ring AutoLock System™ for bariatric surgery. The silicone rubber elastomeric GaBP RING™ is designed for internal use in the field of obesity surgery. Assisting with the problem of recurring weight gain following gastric bypass, the GaBP Ring is designed as a non dilating standardized valve to help resolve the problem of outlet dilatation and weight regain after the gastric bypass operation.
