The Jones Company Builds Green Condominiums

Franklin, TN, May 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- In addition to building every house “Green” as a standard offering, The Jones Company now builds every condominium to similar standards, through a certification from NAHB’s National Green Building Program, which has now been verified by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

The company is now building “green” condominiums at Park Run, which is in McKay’s Mill in Franklin. These will give homeowners low-maintenance living with the added benefit of lower utility bills. Park Run features two flexible floor plans for potential buyers to choose from, with 1278 square feet of living space.
