Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Survey Shows Bay Area’s Largest Real Estate Company Delivering High Levels of Customer Satisfaction

San Ramon, CA, May 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s largest real estate services company, scored extremely high marks in customer satisfaction, with 99 percent of buyers and sellers in 2008 saying the company met or exceeded their expectations.

The results announced today are from the company’s survey of more than 24,000 clients who used Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2008. Among other measures of client satisfaction, the survey found that 98 percent of respondents were happy with the value of service offered and 95 percent would recommend their agent to others.

The annual survey also found that:

93 percent of clients were “completely satisfied” or “thrilled” with the agent who helped buy their home (73 percent were “thrilled”)
98 percent were satisfied with the response rate from their agent
98 percent said their agent knew the local market well
95 percent said they would use their agent again

Turley said that while he was pleased with the results, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage continues to look at ways to provide even better customer service. “What we hear time and again from customers is that they value agent responsiveness, advanced technological tools, and marketing initiatives that help make it easier to sell their home or to find that special new home,” he said. “We will continue to work hard to improve in all of these areas so that next year’s customer satisfaction numbers will be even better.”
