Former C-Level Executive Joins the Award Winning ActionCOACH Franchise
A desire to be part of a larger franchise with established branding, material and systems prompted Clayton Bzdel to join ActionCOACH.
Las Vegas, NV, May 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The main reason Clayton Bzdel joined ActionCOACH was a desire to be part of a larger organization with established branding, training and proven materials in order to expedite the ramp-up of his own business.
For the past 15 years, on an average, 12000 business owners successfully use ActionCOACH’s systems per week – making them the most established and proven systems in the industry. These systems and intellectual property have been developed by the company’s founder and CEO Brad Sugars.
“Comparisons to other coaching franchise opportunities clearly demonstrated that ActionCOACH was the industry leader and being part of the number one organization in the world really excited me,” Bzdel said.
Bzdel, who recently completed his business coaching certification, was named as an ActionCOACH in Canada by his Master Licensee Greg Kopchuk. His office is located in Vernon, British Columbia and he will focus on the Thompson-Okanagan Valley region.
He is following his life’s passion of helping other businesses succeed.
“After researching multiple coaching franchise opportunities and weighing these against ‘going it alone,’ I determined ActionCOACH was the best organization of its kind in the world,” he said. “An association with a company of this quality would greatly enhance my own chances of success. It was also obvious to me the ActionCOACH approach to coaching will greatly benefit my clients.”
Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Bzdel was a business consultant focused on the areas of strategic planning, succession planning, business plans, feasibility studies, management coaching and private investment management. He has also held three executive-level positions as both Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Investments in a variety of industries.
Bzdel made many strides in his previous careers.
In the very first year of his tenure at O&T Farms, he implemented cost cutting and taxation strategies worth in excess of $500,000 and revamped the financial and management reporting structures.
“This resulted in better information being delivered on a timely basis,” he said.
Bzdel also led the development of a strategic plan for a real estate division. In the four years after implementation, the division experienced annualized revenue growth of 25%, income growth of 67% and equity growth of 18%. In addition to this, he managed a portfolio of residential land development investments in excess of $15 million with a cumulative internal rate of return in excess of 30%.
As Vice President of Festivals of Grey Cup in 2003, he led an organization of more than 200 volunteers in the planning and execution of over 30 different events over the course of five days.
“The events overall were highly profitable and were declared the ‘best ever’ in several media reports and patron surveys,” he said.
With two partners, he also started Nite Staging and Sound, a company that provides a full service package of stage, sound and lights for a variety of events.
“As a seasoned executive having been in a number of different organizations and industries, I bring a wealth of experience I can share with my clients,” he said.
Bzdel’s skills will help him better understand his clients’ financial results and identify areas for improvement.
“A qualified Chartered Accountant with an MBA degree; I have a strong financial background,” he said. “I am extremely focused and know how to keep others focused on their goals as well.”
A member of the Chamber of Commerce, Bzdel is the Finance Chair of the St. James School council, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and has led the Alpha Marriage Course in his local church along with his wife.
