Brian Kuebler Joined ActionCOACH to Become the Best Business Owner He Can be
Through the company’s mission of “World Abundance through Business Re-education, ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars has been helping his entire coaching community and their clients succeed in business for the past15 years.
Las Vegas, NV, May 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- With the firm belief that owning an ActionCOACH franchise will allow him to become the best business owner he can be, Brian Kuebler joined ActionCOACH in Louisiana.
For 15 years, ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars – through his coaching franchise – has been helping businesses succeed by equipping them with proven and tested systems.
As soon as Kuebler completed his extensive business coaching certification, Master Licensee Bill Dupuy named him as an ActionCOACH in Louisiana. He will be operating from his home-office, concentrating on the South East region of Louisiana.
“My success will allow me to reach my financial goals and contribute more time and financial resources to my charity, civic, and church obligations,” Kuebler said.
Kuebler felt the need to spend more time with his family and also be able to build a profitable business.
“After two corporate sell outs and a third pending, I decided it was time for me to take charge of my future. ActionCOACH has a program that will allow me to continue to be challenged from a learning standpoint and at the same time allow me to gain a sense of accomplishment in not only helping others in my community, but also helping me reach my own goals and dreams,” he said.
Kuebler has over eighteen years of progressive management experience with proven success in Manufacturing Operations Management. His specific areas of expertise include material management, distribution, customer service, production planning, transportation, procurement, plant safety and effectiveness, software integration and facility expansion.
He improved customer service while reducing inventory and increasing productivity. He also shutdown a 10,000 square foot offsite warehouse and consolidated inventory to the main facility eliminating a $20K annual expense and improved accuracy.
He reduced overtime distribution labor expense by 10% and the line item shipping error rate from average 10% to less than 1%. Kuebler was also instrumental in improving plant safety record.
“I have been in the ‘trenches’ and have a desire to share my knowledge with and help businesses. As a result of this, I can better understand the fear and uncertainty that all business owners face when making changes,” he said. “The added bonus is I will have the support of a proven model to allow my clients to reach their goals in a realistic time frame – and not by chance or dogged persistence.”
Kuebler believes ActionCOACH is a group of people who enjoy their life because they have a clear understanding of what they want and how to get there.
“I was tired of working in an environment that was dealing with the normal business situations and the added stress of – one day – being sold,” he said. “I have worked for two companies that were sold and a third, presently contemplating a sale.”
Active in the Coopers Chapel United Methodist Church and boy scouting, Kuebler is looking forward to helping the business leaders in his community reach their goals and build a stronger business network.
“Our area is growing due to the impact of Hurricane Katrina – families have relocated and the business and services to support this increased population is growing as well. I want to help make that growth stable, productive and sustainable,” he said.
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
