R&B Star Bobby Valentino Announced as Performer at 2009 Urban Music Awards USA

New York, NY, May 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- R&B superstar Bobby Valentino is the latest confirmed addition to the list of performers appearing at the 2009 Urban Music Awards USA, set to take place at New York City's famed Highline Ballroom on July 17th.

Bobby Valentino grabs triple nominations this year (Best Music Video, Best R&B Act, Best Male Act), while Ne-yo, J. Holiday, The Dream, Keri Hilson, Musiq Soulchild, Jazmine Sullivan all follow close behind with double nods.

Two-time award nominee Ne-yo said, “Alot of US artists are always familiar with awards shows they see regularly and sometimes forget that there is a much bigger world out there. Their return to New York City marks the second time since 2007.
