Colliers International Finds NRMA New Service Centre Site in Sydney's Inner West
Sydney, Australia, May 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Colliers International has negotiated a lease deal for NRMA at 54 Smidmore Street in Marrickville in Sydney’s inner-west.
The five-year lease plus a five-year option will be leased for $250,000 per annum net.
The 2000 sqm space will be converted into a car servicing centre for its members in the area, as part of NRMA’s rollout of car service centres across the country.
Damian Wisdom, Senior Executive of Industrial at Colliers International, who negotiated the deal, said the motor insurance company wanted to lease a space within the vicinity of its inner-west members.
“We helped them find a location that was in a radius of 100,000 of its members,” said Mr Wisdom.
“NRMA was pleased with the ideal position as it is 100 metres from the Metro Shopping Centre and transport, which provides convenience to its members.”
