Gil Devlin Brings a Range of Experience to ActionCOACH in the U.K.

Impressed by ActionCOACH’s systems and Brad Sugars’ leadership, Gil Delvin has joined ActionCOACH in London.

Las Vegas, NV, May 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Master Licensees Julie Wagstaff and Ian Christelow have named Gil Devlin as an ActionCOACH in the United Kingdom.

Her office will be located in London, UK.

“I’ve wanted to own a business for over five years and had investigated a number of ideas and options, but none of them seemed viable,” she said. “I was very impressed by the ActionCOACH systems, its people, and above all – its founder and CEO Brad Sugars. I felt this was the ideal opportunity for me to build a successful business.”

Devlin found the people at ActionCOACH to be fantastic – with a passion to help others.

“The access to the network of people was extremely impressive as was the amount of information, knowledge and wisdom. I was, and still am, very impressed with Brad Sugars, founder and Chairman of ActionCOACH, as well as the discipline, motivation and positivity he exudes,” she said.

Devlin has formal qualifications in marketing, communications and project management. She has worked in a wide range of industries and roles. Most recently, she was involved with Business Link implementing a customer support project.

“The one thing in common during my corporate tenure has been an IT or telecommunications thread running through the roles I undertook,” she said. “I have worked internationally with major blue chip organizations including Qantas, Vodafone, Microsoft, BT and Serco.”

Devlin made many accomplishments in her past career.

In her role at Business Link, Devlin delivered robust customer support solutions with a limited budget, within very tight timeframes. As E-Government Project Manager, she delivered 100% of services online about 21 months ahead of the national target.

“When I worked in marketing at Vodafone, I was responsible for the customer experience design and the launch of over 30 different mobile and online services,” she said. “I also designed a system that would enable consistent user experience to be implemented for all future services.”

Having worked as a competitive player in the international corporate world in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the United States, Devlin boasts of a successful track record in all aspects of business – gained over fifteen years in blue chip companies as well as small and medium enterprises – across a wide range of industries.

“I have ‘hands-on’ experience in customer service, product development, business and financial planning, project management, execution of sales and marketing strategies, implementation of systems to improve businesses and building great teams – experience I am able to draw upon for my clients,” she said. “In the past, I have developed excellent teams and implemented great systems people can use with or without me being there; this will help my future clients immensely.”

Apart from the desire to own his business, there are other factors that strengthened Devlin’s decision to join ActionCOACH.

“With ActionCOACH, I will be able to become the master of my own destiny, where the rewards are directly proportional to the efforts put in,” she said. “I also strongly believe the current economic environment is a fantastic opportunity for both building a coaching business and for businesses that want to differentiate themselves from their competition - and therefore become highly successful.”

Devlin believes she has finally found her calling as a Business Coach.
