About the Author
The Artist, Ann Gethen was born in England where there is a tradition of wonderful flower painting. She is continuing this tradition and is now living in Colorado in the mountains where she paints flowers and scenery. In her 40 years in America she has lived in Atlanta, Seattle, Los Angeles and Wichita before finding her aerie in the sky. Her botanicals were exhibited in the Missouri Botanic Gardens in 2005.
She works a great number of oil paintings of scenery, has had a New York show and is on the Board of Directors of The Spanish Peaks Arts Council where she lives in La Veta Colorado.
