Falkman, hired in February of 2005, graduated from Robert Morris University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing. She is responsible for satisfaction and loyalty research and she analyzes, develops, and produces research reports for North American clients. She also manages business communications during projects and interacts with The Leadership Factor’s offices worldwide.
Promotion from assistant project leader to senior researcher means that Falkman will take lead roles in research, analysis and report-writing for all North American-based client projects.
