Appreciating the continued need to keep customers satisfied in a challenging business climate, AutoGo commits to improving employee technical skills.
Tucson, AZ, May 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- With technology playing an increasingly important role in the transport industry today, AutoGo Auto Transport, the leading edge commercial and residential car shipping company has started to introduce cutting-edge electronic training programs that have been designed to provide its employees with the skills needed to fully leverage IT for the benefit of its customers.

AutoGo is now introducing a number of new internal IT training modules designed to help its employees exceed plotted delivery matrix. IT matrix are quantifiable figures that evaluate the success of delivered vehicles. This will combine flexible learning opportunities with a high standard of IT competence.
All key employees within AutoGo have already been identified and they will be completing training modules. Training modules and delivery matrix models will have the following optimal results:

AutoGo has devised a plan test all appropriate employees and providing they achieve a score of 75% per module they will be invited along to take the relevant exam for each module. However, employees who fail to achieve the required standard can book themselves a place on the relevant internal workshop. These workshops will run quarterly.
