After only 11 months in business, East Coast Transportation acquires another limousine provider. The move marks the second one this year for this fast growing company.
Jacksonville, FL, May 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- East Coast Transportation of North Florida announced today that it has acquired Executive VIP Limousine of Jacksonville. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Executive VIP Limousine has been serving the Jacksonville community for over 30 years making it one of the oldest limousine companies in the area. Company owner Karen Henderson decided to sell the company in order to pursue other interests.
The acquisition makes the second one by East Coast Transportation which acquired Executive Transportation & Tours earlier this year. The Company has grown at a tremendous rate since opening its doors in June of 2008 and is on pace to exceed $1 million in sales in its first 12 months.
