Rooms To Go Selects Bob Moore Construction for New Showroom in Fort Worth, Texas
Rooms To Go has chosen Bob Moore Construction to build their latest showroom in Fort Worth, Texas. Their newest store will be a 34,888 SF showroom on I-35W in Northwest Fort Worth. Construction will begin in late May 2009 and is expected to be finished by December 2009. In February, 2009 Bob Moore Construction started work on the 1,000,000 SF Rooms To Go Distribution Center in Brookshire, Texas, just outside of Houston.
Arlington, TX, May 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Furniture Retailer Rooms To Go has chosen Arlington General Contractor Bob Moore Construction to build their latest showroom in Fort Worth, Texas.
Rooms To Go, America’s largest independent furniture retailer, has approximately 150 Rooms To Go and Rooms To Go Kids retail centers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Puerto Rico. Their newest store will be a 34,888 SF showroom on I-35W in Northwest Fort Worth. Construction will begin in late May 2009 and is expected to be finished by December 2009.
Bob Moore Construction was selected to be the general contractor for this project following a competitive bidding process. Casco, out of St. Louis MO, is the architect.
In February, 2009 Bob Moore Construction started work on the 1,000,000 SF Rooms To Go Distribution Center in Brookshire, Texas, just outside of Houston. In May, the Arlington general contractor was selected to build the 81,728 SF Retail Center finish-out in the Brookshire Distribution Center. As with the Fort Worth Showroom, both of the Brookshire projects were awarded to Bob Moore Construction as a result of competitive bids.
The Brookshire project is the second distribution center Bob Moore Construction has been chosen to build for Rooms To Go; the first was an 851,000 SF building in Arlington, Texas in 2004.
