OfficeClip Releases Version 8.1.1
Atlanta, GA, May 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- OfficeClip 8.1.1 has many new features designed to enhance the users' experience and streamline business processes.
OfficeClip LLC, a leading provider of web based management software, officially released version 8.1.1 with various new features to help businesses manage their projects, time, contacts and issues.
OfficeClip provides small and medium sized businesses with various online management solutions, such as web based timesheet and expense , document sharing, web contact manager, web based group calendar and issue tracking software, with businesses being able to choose one, all or a combination of these products to satisfy their specific requirements.
In this release, OfficeClip has implemented a completely new interface. The look and feel of the software has been changed to improve the user experience. The main toolbar has been shifted to the left side, from the top. All the colors and tones have been altered throughout the software to make it more appealing to the user. John Manger, of Summerfield Atlantic Research, says "I must say, I like the look of (the) new (Version) 8. (OfficeClip) continually seems to make huge leaps forward with its code."
OfficeClip has added a new feature to the Web Timesheet and Expense application that enables users to enter a mileage rate and have the expense amounts automatically calculated for their projects. The feature will save users the time of having to manually enter their mileage expenses and also eliminate inadvertant errors associated with entering it manually.
Within the Web Contact Manager application, OfficeClip Campaign users can now have documents, appointments, notes etc. associated with each particular campaign. Using these objects with campaigns will allow the users to be more organized and keep various kinds of necessary information in one place. Additionally, Opportunities in OfficeClip can now have multiple Contacts associated with each opportunity and each Contact can be assigned a specific role.
