First Collaboration Delivers Highly Successful Two-Day Conference for Ariba

The two industry leaders recently became strategic partners, focusing on delivering quality, easy-to-navigate virtual event experiences. Their first collaboration, Ariba Virtual Live 2009 featured keynote presentations, opening videos, custom animated speaker introductions, real-time question and answer sessions, breakout sessions and educational forums, complete archiving of all content and real-time, on-line networking opportunities.

Ariba, Inc., an industry leader in spend management solutions, entrusted Cramer and Unisfair to create a virtual event to augment its physical event “Ariba Live World Tour 2009.” Designed to replicate the company’s annual customer conference, Ariba Virtual Live 2009 was held April 28-29. Open to the public, the event registered more than 2,600 attendees with more than 1,600 people attending on both days. Average viewing time was three hours and 45 minutes per guest and due to the detailed analytics associated with the execution of the program, Ariba reached thousands of key customers and surpassed its lead generation expectations.
