Secret Sauce and Acryn Partner to Deploy Mobile Learning Solution to US and Australian Schools

Melbourne, Australia, May 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- An innovative web and mobile phone software application called MiLK will now be offered as part of Acryn's Knowledge Community eLearning solution, as a result of an agreement reached today with technology commercialisation company, Secret Sauce.

MiLK (Mobile Learning Kit) takes teaching and learning opportunities out of the classroom and into any environment by giving teachers the ability to design interactive, curriculum-based learning activities using mobile phones and the Internet. Already deployed in a number of Australian, UK and US secondary schools, MiLK has been successful in improving student engagement and learning outcomes.

Secret Sauce licensed the MiLK technology from the Australasian Cooperative Research Centre for Interaction Design (ACID). The partnership with Acryn is the first step in an international commercialisation program that aims to have this Australian technology utilised by students throughout the world.
