The Jones Company Breaks Into Builder 100 List

Nashville, TN, May 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Jones Company is proud to announce they are now one of the 100 largest builders in the nation according to Builder magazine’s Builder 100 ranking.

The company was ranked 92 for 2008, which is up 36 spots from the previous year’s ranking of 129. They had 298 total closings and 100 million in revenue in 2008.

According to Builder magazine, the top 10 builders sales declined by an average of around 38% last year, which is nearly identical to what the Census Bureau reported. The Jones Company saw a loss of 20%, which was less than any of the top 10 builders in the nation.
