724Care BPO Services Opens Additional Delivery Center in the Philippines

Located in Cebu, 724Care's additional facility will accommodate increasing demand from a range of international clients.
The current 724Care Philippines call center facility caters to various corporate client BPO requirements, provided by customer support agents at approximately 100 workstations. These extensively trained agents provide a range of inbound services including appointment setting, market surveys, customer retention, client acquisition, mail follow-up and receivables management. More corporations are requiring offshore BPO services, and with this increasing demand, 724Care is progressively striving to meet the demand to provide more services, additional customer support agents and additional facility.
Construction is completed for the second 724Care redundant facility, which will host up to 350 web-enabled workstations ready to serve national and international clients. 724Care's Philippines call center locations provide fully redundant voice and data lines to the USA, with an enterprise grade network infrastructure. 724Care will be hiring additional customer support agents and managers.
