After 25 Years, the Computer Haus Becomes City Mac
New City Mac Grand Opening Planned for May 30th
Traverse City, MI, May 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The new City Mac Apple Specialist store in Traverse City opened on Black Friday, November 28th, 2008. For 27 years City Mac was known as The Computer Haus, and was located on Garfield Avenue. The new store is three times larger and features a full service coffee shop, the Digital Café, which serves Higher Grounds fair trade coffee, locally made sandwiches, muffins, and other fresh baked goods.
On Saturday, May 30th, City Mac and The Digital Café will officially have a Grand Opening event. There will be coffee, food, prizes, a live remote with The Fox, 94.5 FM, product demonstrations, iPod giveaways, free seminars throughout the day, and much more.
The City Mac Grand Opening will provide customers and business clients the opportunity to talk to City Mac staff and take the time to actually use the latest Apple products in the store. City Mac has all current Apple Macintosh technology impressively displayed in the 6,100 square foot showroom.
