Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Announces Builders and Bankruptcy Event

Raleigh, NC, May 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- John Wood, president of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) (www.rrar.com) has announced that the Association will host a breakfast and informational session titled “Builders, Bankruptcy & Protecting Your Clients,” featuring Paul Stam of Stam, Fordham and Danchi; Tabatha Cruden of Commercial Counsel for Lawyers Title and Fidelity National Title; and Travis Sasser, bankruptcy attorney and board certified specialist. The event will be held on Monday, June 1 at 9 a.m. at One Eleven Place, located at 111 Realtors Way in Cary. Attendees will learn how to represent buyers when the builder goes bankrupt as well as how to represent builders in a transaction when they are in bankruptcy.
