The significance of this Voice SMS feature enables users to send voice messages or plain text converted to voice message directly to any type of telephones via Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine. This is different from other Voice SMS systems that only allow voice messages to be sent to cell phone system. As a server based application, the new Voice SMS will automatically handle message queue and you can send as many messages as you want to.
