Cleveland, OH, May 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The NEOSA’s Best of Tech award for the Best Website was presented to WritingRoom.com on May 19, 2009.

WritingRoom.com is a new and up and coming leader in social networking for writers. WritingRoom.com provides writers a platform to share their work, activities to practice writing, writing how-to’s, marketing tools for authors and freelance writers, self-publishing and so much more.

Accepting the award for WritingRoom was its creator and co-founder Lindsay Preston. In her acceptance speech Lindsay stated:“WritingRoom.com was created for writers. Being a writer myself, I know the obstacles that writers face. WritingRoom is here to help writers overcome hurdles and become successful.” Lindsay also announced plans for a re-design and future technology such as: writing tools, job postings and e-books.

NEOSA honors technology business that have met or exceeded stringent requirements in each category. Technology is an ever changing field, the qualifications continue to change each year imposing even greater challenges to the contestants. Judges include prominent leaders in the technology field, professors and technology legal advisors.

Other award recipients included NASA Glen Research Center for best software product and Sherwin Williams for best internship program.
