First nationwide, independent, Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program recently launched.
Colleyville, TX, May 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- National Vehicle Certification Program Group™ (NVCP™) has partnered with CARFAX to provide a non-manufacturer inspection and certification program, geared specifically toward independent automobile dealers and consumers, as well as franchise dealers looking to certify pre-owned inventory not certifiable through their own factory programs.
In an industry first, actual inspection results and documentation are available online via a direct link from the CARFAX Vehicle History Report™. In the form of a compact and informative report, this data includes a complete list of items inspected, inspection and fluid analysis results, and notes from the inspector where applicable. Included are photos of the odometer, VIN plate, and interior and exterior of the vehicle for dealers and consumers to view.

They want to know about the quality and condition of a used car before they make a financial decision.” The National Vehicle Certification Program together with CARFAX now provides information about the vehicle’s history and its present condition. Perhaps most significantly, NVCP now can quite accurately predict the future on certain components of the vehicle, due to the scientific fluid analysis performed.
This unique program includes a physical inspection, visual inspection, engine and transmission Scientific Fluid Analysis, test drive, and photographic documentation- all performed by an independent, third- party inspector. In addition, vehicles certified under the program carry a 3-month /3000 mile or 6-month /6000 mile mechanical warranty, and are eligible for the CARFAX Buyback Guarantee®.
