SOURCE:SKILL iNC is a B2B company that provides Internet development, Graphic and Publication services. The main customer oriented goal is to provide this service at a competitive price for smaller businesses to have the same marketing advantages that the big corporations have to generate new business and/or track current business and marketing expenditures to understand the return on marketing investments.
Owner, Natalie Patterson states, “One of the biggest personal goals for the success of SOURCE:SKILL iNC is to eventually to have the ability to provide free of cost technical training for women who have rehabilitated from an abusive relationship or are recently divorced homemakers without an education; women starting over.
“Utilizing my own inner strength and ambitions toward educating and empowering women to succeed in life and career will result in a stronger and more motivated younger generation to lead our country into the future. I truly believe that I have been gifted with certain abilities that have had to be set to the wayside to work for and raise my own children and a successful company will give me the needs to be able to accomplish a dream that I have embraced for years.”
SOURCE:SKILL iNC’s staff is based on Independent Sales Representatives and 1099’d employees to keep the overhead of the company to a minimum. This “employee” concept allows an individual to be in control of his or her own progress. The owner’s goal is to have several Independent Representatives spanning nationwide by the end of the first fiscal year in 2010.
