The National Association of Homebuilders has developed a rigorous curriculum for industry professionals to enhance their knowledge and status within the industry. Over the past two years, Sterling set its sights on four major designations - Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Graduate Master Builder (GMB).
Duke McDowell and Vick Pope each hold three of these prestigious designations, CGB, CGP and GMB. Gary Grambley has earned both CGB and GMB designations and both Adam Williams and Kevin Teeters are CGB’s. Hank Martin, the Managing Partner of Sterling Home Care & Remodeling, rounds out the group with both the CGP and CGR designations.
“Twelve designations in a company of nine employees is quite an accomplishment” says Gary Grambley, Sterling’s Sales and Marketing Director. “Duke has made a significant investment in our education in order to advance our building and business knowledge as well as to enhance the professionalism of our company.
